Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe
Here is a tuna pasta salad recipe that is sure to be a hit. What You'll Need
2 cans flaked tuna 1/3 cup Organic Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 2 cups organic vegetable pasta (I like using the mixed shapes) 1/2 chopped green pepper 1 medium sized shredded carrot 1/4 large red onion chopped 1 stalk thinly sliced/chopped organic celery 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional) 1 inch feta cheese crumpled (optional) Parsley Organic Italian Herbs (available in stores)Herbamare Pepper
What To Do
Step 1 Cook and rinse vegetable pasta if not already done. Step 2 Cut up vegetable ingredients. Step 3 Place pasta in large mixing bowl. Add vegetable ingredients. Step 4 Drain tuna and add to the bowl. Step 5 Pour the Olive Oil over the contents of the bowl. Then add the Apple Cider Vinegar. (The oil is added first or the vinegar just pools on the bottom.) Step 6 Add the optional black olives and feta cheese. Step 7 Season to taste. Step 7 Mix. Let the tuna pasta salad stand 10 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.Serves 6-8
