Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Finally, a tasty spaghetti sauce recipe made with organic ingredients.

What You'll Need

Spaghetti noodles enough for four servings. (I measure about 1 inch round using my index and thumb.)
1 pound organic ground beef
28 ounce can organic tomatoes or stewing tomatoes
7 ounce can organic tomato sauce or stewing tomatoes
4 or 5 organic mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped organic onion
1 sliced zucchini
1 carrot sliced in thin sticks
1 celery stalk sliced in sticks (lengthwise)
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
Parsley
Herbamare
Pepper
Oregano, Basil (I use the Organic Italian Herb mix that is available.)

What To Do

Step 1
Cook and rinse spaghetti noodles if not already done.
Brown organic ground beef, with onions and mushrooms while pasta cooks.

Step 2
Cut up vegetable ingredients.

Step 3
Add herbs and seasoning to your taste.

Step 4
Add tomatoes to ground beef and simmer 10 minutes.

Step 5
Add the remaining vegetables and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, making sure not to overcook vegies.

Serve over spaghetti or your favorite pasta. Serves 3 to 4.
