Today, so many of us want to achieve safe weight loss. Products and promises abound and yet the statistics show we are getting fatter. There has got to be a better way. There is. And I am going to show you how to achieve safe weight loss and be healthier. You have to understand something straight off the bat. Your body wants to achieve optimal survival. It isn't looking to just not be hungry. No, this isn't enough. So, eat with this in mind and your body will make changes to achieve the goal 'optimal health'. Our food manufacturers have figured out what chemicals to add to food to
cause us to crave their products, making us over eat. Or even cause weight gain themselves. Sorry to say that these
food additives
are also put into weight loss products. So when you thought there was something wrong when you couldn't loose weight... You were right! Prepare foods yourself using wholesome ingredients and you'll be setting yourself up for life-long health. In fact, removing
processed food
from your diet could very well be the most important thing you can do to achieve your dieting and health goals. Yes, it is that significant. First thing to do is
stop with the aspartame
. This is a chemical that causes havoc on your body. The least of which is weight gain. That's right... Weight gain. Now, don't beat yourself up for all the times you used this chemical. You didn't know. But now you know. So start now. Next, remove all products with
monosodium glutamate (msg)
. This is another chemical that will cause weight gain. How about
high fructose corn syrup
(HFCS or hfcs). Yes, this too is a highly processed creation. It is in so many foods that it is no wonder we are getting fat.
Hydrogenated oils need to be removed too
. These inhibit your bodies ability to absorb nutrients. They are a man made creation. A word of caution for you. Body cleansing products should never be used when you are not in already very good health. The reason is because they can be effective at dislodging toxins that could then overwhelm your body systems. At this point, it is not part of safe weight loss. So wait until your body has had a chance to heal itself. Then, if you still feel the need for a body cleanse (or colon cleanse), seek the guidance of a competent health care practitioner. You can eat meat,
but go with organic or
natural
. As for the fat content in foods... Relax a bit on this. Your body needs fat.
Fat contains essential fatty acids that are needed in all body functions.
Now, I'm not saying to go ahead and make yourself a goose fat sandwich. I'm saying don't be all obsessive about your foods natural fat content. You can achieve safe weight loss without this concern. You see, food has three major components. These are fat, protein and carbohydrates. When one is decreased one or both of the other two increases. You can check this in the grocery store. Read the label of a product with low fat and then the same product without out low fat. You will see either the carbohydrates or protein has increased. My observation is that it is usually the carbohydrates. The key to safe weight loss is to eat a well balanced diet. One that doesn't eliminate nor over emphasize any one of the three.

So here are your steps to take...
1. Remove aspartame from your diet.
2. Remove HFCS from your diet.
3. Remove hydrogenated oils.
4. Remove msg from your diet.

6. Know that organic processed food is still processed food. So set yourself a sensible limit on this too.
7. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, ideally they would be organic.
8. Don't starve yourself. Your body needs nourishment to heal. And you are likely to give up if you are always hungry.
When you sensibly fit organic food into your life you feed your body the nutrients it needs. Your body will benefit and repay you by working on healing itself and you will loose weight. Setting you on the path to life-long health.
