Prenatal and Organic Food
Prenatal and pregnancy is the time for much preparation. Getting ready for a new arrival is exciting and work too. But, did you know that the better you do, the better your baby does? Your doctor has probably discussed with you the importance of your diet during pregnancy. (If you haven't seen a doctor yet, make an appointment now. I'll be here when you get back.) I'm sure that you are planning changes. So, let me help you out. You may not always feel like eating. And sometimes you think you could eat a horse (a reference to being very hungry). To get the most out of the food you do get down, I suggest eating organic food. Let me tell you why... The production methods used are more traditional farming practices. Composting, instead of chemical fertilizers are used.
Natural pesticides over dangerous chemicals are employed.
As a result the plants are healthier. Healthy plants are what you want to eat because of their high nutrient content. So not only are you not getting all the chemicals, you also are getting better nutrition. The exact thing the doctor ordered, right?
