Organic Yogurt: Nature's Secret

My mother used to make her own yogurt. Now you can buy organic yogurt. Should you be spending your money on it?

Quite simply, yes.

Cows living on an organic farm eat organic food. Their pastures aren't polluted with chemicals. They are healthier. Their milk doesn't have contaminants of antibiotics or pesticides So, using their milk for yogurt greatly increases the value of the product for you.

The live active cultures then can benefit your digestive track improving your overall health. These friendly bacteria have the ability to balance your whole system. Bowel health, weight loss and endocrine improvements are just some of the gains reported.

Alright, how much yogurt should you eat?

One and a half to 2 cups a day to start. This will kick start the repairs. Then you can cut back to 3 or 4 times a week, when your health has stabilized. But, then again, you just may like it enough to have some every day.

I eat the plain yogurt and add my own fruit. Sometimes I sweeten it with maple syrup. Why not give it a try?
