Organic Salsa

Rough chop or use the food processor to chop:
Four organic vine ripened tomatoes
Two organic shallots, or quarter of an organic red onion
One handful organic Cilantro
Two pitted and peeled organic Avocado
One teaspoon organic clove garlic
Add Jalapenos to taste-I added one whole organic Jalapeno.
Squeeze the juice of one organic Lemon and one Lime into food processor or over your rough chop.
If you are using your food processor, put it on chop, turn it on and off a couple of times, until you get a rough chop look.
Serve with organic tortilla chips or inside fresh tacos-delicious!
