This gives you nutrient rich produce. The produce gets it's life nutrients from the soil. If the soil is lacking, so will the vegetables lack nutrient content.

Providing your body with the nutrients it needs naturally will give your body the boost it needs for natural weight loss. What you may not know is that the natural foods contain their nutrients in proportion to how your body will need them. Kind of makes you think that there was some sort of master plan.
