I created this meat loaf recipe to be moist, easy to prepare and something the kids would like too. Make it, then scroll down to the bottom of the page to share this recipe.

What You'll Need

2 pounds organic hamburger
1 medium organic onion chopped
3 stalks thinly sliced/chopped organic celery
2 slices organic whole wheat bread, toasted (I use this in place of bread crumbs)
2 egss scrambled
organic Ketchup
Parsley
1/4 teaspoon organic oregano
1/4 teaspoon organic rosemary
1/4 teaspoon organic basil
Herbamare
Pepper

What To Do

Step 1
Place the hamburger in a large mixing bowl. Add the celery, onions, and seasoning.

Step 2
Add the eggs. Crumple up the toast to make bread crumbs and add to bowl.

Step 3
Blend ingredients together then form into a loaf pan.

Step 4
Cover the top of the meat loaf with Ketchup. Put into a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes (time may vary depending on oven heat).
Serves 6 to 8.

Please note: Top off the meatloaf with organic ketchup to avoid HFCS in the cheaper brands.
