Herb Roasted Potatoes

I serve herb roasted potatoes instead of fries with hamburgers or even eggs.

What You'll Need

4 medium organic potatoes
1 tablespoon organic Olive Oil
Herbamare
Oregano
Sage
Savory (optional)
Parsley
Pepper

What You Do

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. This is done by cutting them in half lengthwise. Then taking the half and laying cut side down to cut it in half again. A additional lengthwise cut can now be made. Put potatoes in a medium sized bowl.

Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, add the olive oil. Sprinkle in Herbemare and a little ground pepper. Add a 1/4 teaspoon of each of the herbs. Mix together.

Step 3
Pour the herb mixture over the potatoes and stir to evenly cover your potatoes.

Step 4
Place the potatoes on a baking tray and into a 450 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Oven times may vary depending on strength of oven.

Serves 4.
