These 15 Healthy Weight Loss Tips are a collection of what really worked for me. You can use them everyday to achieve and then maintain your weight loss goals. 1. Decide where you want to be as far as your weight is concerned. Without an ideal in mind, you will not have a goal to strive toward.
2. Decide you want to look good not just achieve some magical number that may or may not work for you. For example, a 45 year old women trying to weight what she weighed at 14 years old. It just may not be realistic, or even healthy to weight that again.

Read your food labels
. Know what is in your food. Is the food
highly processed?
4. Stop consuming foods with
msg,
hydrogenated oil,
aspartame
or
high fructose corn syrup
. These each
contribute to weight gain
. Their combined effects can only be speculated.
5. Now don't go and weight yourself everyday. Your weight naturally fluctuates through out the day and even day to day. Pick a day and a time and weight yourself once a week.

Eat organic food whenever you can.

Avoid processed food
as if your life depended upon it. Ok, that may be a strong statement. But ask yourself this, "Has processed food helped me to look and feel healthy?" Of the 15 Healthy Weight Loss Tips, I would say that this is the most important.
8. Now here is where you have to change your thinking. I asked skinny people questions and found out that skinny people view food differently. Food is necessary for survival that's it. So stop using food as a reward. That is not to say you can't enjoy the food you eat.
9. Forget the 'don't eat after six o'clock rule'. It's unrealistic. It has never worked for me. If I'm hungry, I eat. It's what you eat that is important.
10. Eat at least 1 1/2 cups of live culture organic plain yogurt a day. You can flavor it with fruit and/or organic maple syrup. No sugar please.
11. Your body needs essential fatty acids. If you are deficient (and most of us are), you won't loose weight. I use the supplement Tonalin CLA (Tonalin is a registered trademark). You can get it in health food stores in the US and Canada.
12. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Organic would be best because they don't use synthetic
pesticides.
13. Get some exercise 3 to 4 days a week. Most everyone can walk. Work yourself up to 60 minutes 3 to 4 times a week.
14. Drink water. As your body adjusts, it will naturally attempt to wash toxins out. The water is used for this. So drink 8 glasses a day.
15. Stop worrying about the fat content of everything. Eat a balanced diet with everything your body needs for optimal health i.e. protein, fat and carbohydrates.
When I applied these 15 Healthy Weight Loss Tips they worked. What I did find out was that the change in how I felt was most notably increased when I started to replace food items with organic. So replace as many items with organic food as you can.
