Healthy Foods To Eat

Healthy foods to eat would be those foods that supply the most nutrients in an easily digestible way.

Complete proteins are from foods that supply all the amino acids that your body needs to obtain from diet. Eggs are the most complete. Then in descending order would be milk and milk products, liver, muscle meats, wheat germ.

The milk should not be heavily processed. Go with organic milk to also avoid the dangers of pesticides and hormones-a cause of early puberty.

The meats should be produced in a non-toxic environment. Again, go organic whenever you can or even certified naturally grown. Animals that are pasture fed are shown to contain up to 500% more CLA in their tissues; an easy way to get the benefits of CLA. vegetables

Complex carbohydrates are high quality and take a longer time to digest. Included here would be root vegetables, whole-grain breads and cereals, fresh fruit and juices. Add then, your fresh leaf lettuce for vitamins and minerals.

Your requirement for fats should be met with foods containing essential fatty acids. Examples would be salad dressing, mayonnaise, nuts, sunflower seeds, avocados, peanut butter (or other nut). None should contain hydrogenated oil or fat.

Hydrogenation destroys the nutrient content of the oil. Also, avoid salad dressings containing canola oil. Better yet, you can make your own salad dressing using cold-pressed olive oil.
