Diet free weight loss is indeed possible. In fact, it is the only method capable of producing lasting weight loss! Why? And besides, denying yourself food just puts you in a poor condition. Both physically and mentally. I mean how happy can you be not being able to 'have' all the time? No, my weakness was chocolate ice cream. So I cheated with organic chocolate ice cream and still lost weight with a cheat day.
