Chicken Pasta Salad An Easy Pasta Salad

A simple, easy and colorful chicken pasta salad recipe for dining in or show off your creation at a picnic or potluck.

What You'll Need

2 cups chopped chicken
1/3 cup Organic Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Organic Apple Cider Vinigar
2 cups organic vegetable pasta (I like using the mixed shapes)
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 medium sized shredded carrot
1/4 large red onion chopped
1 stalk thinly sliced/chopped organic celery
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 inch feta cheese crumpled
Parsley
Organic Italian Herbs (available as a selection of herbs already blended with Rosemary, Oregano and Basil)
Herbamare
Pepper

What To Do

Step 1
Cook and rinse vegetable pasta if not already done.

Step 2
Cut up vegetable ingredients.

Step 3
Place pasta in large mixing bowl. Add vegetable ingredients.

Step 4
Add chopped chicken to the bowl.

Step 5
Pour the Olive Oil over the contents of the bowl. Then add the Apple Cider Vinegar. (Add the oil first or the vinegar just pools on the bottom.)

Step 6
Add the feta cheese.

Step 7
Season to taste with Italian herbs, pepper and Herbamare.

Step 7
Mix. Let the pasta salad stand 10 minutes before serving to enhance the flavor. Serves 6-8
