Can't Cook Organic Meal

by Dennis
(Arizona)

Being a vegetarian, organic food, green living sort of guy, not being able to cook has never been a big problem.

With organic eating, the less cooking the better, the closer to the natural state of the food the better.

One of my favorite dinners is a large salad, mostly from the garden, but not always. The local ranch market may at times have better produce than I can grow.

I love my salads and can usually top them off with all the ingredients of a real meal. If I am having guests and want a special meal I will throw in a baked potato smothered in yogurt.

So all you lazy non cookers out there, think twice before you open that package of processed imitation food. Go for something raw, fresh and organic. Live healthy, live longer and green the earth doing it.
